Octavia Vasile leads the guided meditation, drawing inspiration from the teachings of Advaita Vedanta, particularly those of Ramana Maharshi, the revered Indian saint of Arunachala. This invitation is extended to all interested individuals, and participation in the meditation is both complimentary and recurring on a weekly basis.
